Nyrraa Banerji quickly became a familiar face on TV after participating in Bigg Boss 18. Although she didn’t last long in the house, but formed strong friendships with other contestants like Sara Arfeen Khan, Karan Veer Mehra and Vivian Dsena. Recently, Nyrraa attended an event with Sara and Alice Kaushik, where the trio posed for photos together. However, during a moment Sara decided to kick Nyrraa in the back to get her attention. This left Nyrraa “stunned and a bit embarrassed”, but she handled the situation with simple laughter.
In the video, Nyrraa looked like she was busy talking to someone behind the camera while trying to enter the venue. She was distracted and unaware of what was happening around her. Suddenly, Sara came from behind and kicked her lightly on the back to grab her attention. Nyrraa looked surprised and a bit upset at first as if she was trying to control her feelings. But instead of reacting angrily, she gave a small smile that looked more like she was feeling awkward. Meanwhile, Sara couldn’t stop laughing and continued to joke about the moment with Alice.
As of now, neither Sara Arfeen Khan nor Nyrraa Banerji has said anything about the video. However, many people on social media were not happy with what they saw. Viewers felt that Sara’s action was not funny and called it rude and disrespectful. Some users even said that it looked like Nyrraa was uncomfortable.
Reacting to the video, a user wrote, “Reaction was cute but the kick is not at all appropriate,” another shared, “Why would even she do like that, very bad.” An individual shared, “That was quite disrespectful and am sure Nyra was unaware about that.” One more added, “I understand the bond in the friendship, but in public and specially in front of camera it’s disrespectful. Sorry but its true.”
Before gaining popularity through Bigg Boss 18, Nyrraa Banerji had already made her mark in both TV and films. She was part of the reality show Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 13 and acted in popular shows like Pishachini, Rakshabandhan Rasal Apne Bhai Ki Dhal and Divya Drishti. Along with television, she also worked in films across different languages, like Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada movies.
